Your ADHD Experience
Everyone is unique and so is your lived experience with ADHD. My aim is to help you to identify the areas where differences in the way your brain thinks can positively, not just negatively, impact your life. This enables us to create strategies that turn challenges into positive outcomes, incorporating mindset coaching, nutrition support and lifestyle interventions. I work with families, children, teens and adults.
Initial Consultation
An opportunity to gain a better understanding of ADHD, as an individual, family, or parent of a child, for those with and without diagnosis. We identify areas that hold you back and uncover strategies to move forward, led by you. You will be given a direct link to my diary for booking and a short questionnaire to identify key goals.
This consultation provides a stepping stone for parents wanted to learn whilst waiting for a child’s ADHD assessment and guidance on successful communication within the school environment. This first consultation comes with follow up notes. I will also outline how nutrition changes and lifestyle interventions support us, which may be explored further in follow up sessions.

Following Sessions
These coaching follow ups review strategies and goals set out for yourself. We evaluate the consequences of common ADHD challenges, giving guidance for balance and successful conversations with those in work or education roles. We will review progress on strategies laid out in your follow up notes and explore new ideas
A chance to dig deep for answers to issues that hold you back from meeting your true potential, for older kids and teens to review options in their educational setting and learn to advocate for themselves.
This session/s can also be dedicated to nutrition support or focused on strategies for emotional regulation or executive function challenges
