Power Smoothie
Blended with the best combination of ingredients to fuel your body and power your brain. I can really notice a difference in productivity both at the gym and at my desk so I would love to hear your feedback!
Ingredients:
Cup of organic frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
Tablespoon of shelled hemp seeds
1 scoop of protein power (cacao, vanilla or unflavoured) - I used Ancient & Brave cacao protein which I highly recommend.
Half an avocado
Tablespoon of organic raw cacao
3 cups of water
Method: blend all ingredients until silky smooth, top with an ice cube. I love smoothies because they travel well and are equally quick in a glass at your desk.
