Chocolate Spread
Chocolate spread that is totally sugar free, bursting with nutty goodness, seeds and fiber, whilst being totally delicious!
This recipe is perfect for those who are vegan, diabetic & those following grain free protocols. It is full of natural fat and protein, whilst adding a massive mineral punch. Most importantly it's a lovely snack to dip something into at teatime, enjoy licking the spoon!
Recipe: simply blitz the following in a food processor until glossy & smooth.
40g of organic cacao butter
100g cashew nuts
100g Brazil nuts
Tablespoon of almond butter
Teaspoon of coconut oil
Handful of mixed seeds
2 tablespoons of raw cacao
You can of course add a date or drop of maple syrup but I want to illustrate that you don't need to for it still to taste deliciously sweet!
Store in a glass kilner in the fridge. Bring out 15 mins before you want to spread.
